Noteworthy – Rheinblick’s front nine was not available for the tournament; the competitors played the back nine twice consecutively to make up the 18-hole round. Scores are under a modified Stableford system, awarding one point for double-bogey, two for bogey, three for par, four for birdie and six for eagle or ace. The tournament concludes Thursday with another 18 holes, again all on Rheinblick’s back nine, starting at 10 a.m. The girl and boy with the highest two-day cumulative point total will be declared European champion.
