Enjoy the beauty of Northern Italy and learn the basics of creating healthy Mediterrean-style meals at one of the cooking courses offered by Gourmet Italia.
The classes are currently scheduled for Nov. 24-27 at the four-star Gaarten Hotel in Asiago Plateau.
Classes are held on three mornings from 9 to noon. Afternoons are free for tours and sightseeing.
The cost is $595 per person, double occupancy, and includes all meals, class instruction, diploma of attendance, booklet of recipes, Gourmet Italia apron, English-speaking interpreter and a guided tour of a winery or cheese factory.
