Beer and a fun runBayreuth will celebrate its favorite drink, wheat beer, Thursday through Sunday during Maisel’s Weissbierfest. The accompanying musical program offers something for everyone, from Metallica cover bands and country classics to American oldies. Racing donkeysThe Palio del Casale takes place Sunday in Camposano, Italy, about 22 miles northeast of Naples. The program starts Saturday with a sagra, or festival, at which the star is the stuffed pig. On Sunday, there will be a series of palios, or races, of not horses but donkeys, and food stands offering regional specialties. The first round at 11 a.m. determines who will represent the region of Campania.
