The 86th Airlift Wing has published a hot weather guide for Air Force facilities on Ramstein Air Base and Kapaun Air Station. It provides real-time updates on heat-related closures, modified hours and cooling station locations.

The guide also offers heat safety recommendations, including hydration tips and other information to help people stay safe during periods of high temperatures.

U.S. Army facilities in the area are managed separately and are not included in the guide.
