Looking to run errands Friday? Ramstein Air Base may be your best bet.

Many U.S. Army Garrison Rheinland-Pfalz services, including all Family and MWR facilities on Army bases in the Kaiserslautern Military Community, will be closed Friday for an organizational day, according to the garrison.

The closure includes Child and Youth Services, fitness centers, and the ID card and passport office. Normal operations will resume Saturday.

The closure does not affect facilities on Ramstein Air Base or services on Army bases that are not operated by the garrison, including the commissary and Express.
