Two local theaters are offering opportunities to get involved in shows.

Razz Ma Tazz at Ramstein Community Center will host auditions for a collection of comedic takes on fairy tales called “The Stinky Cheese Man and Other Fairly Stupid Tales” Monday and Tuesday from 6 to 8 p.m. Auditioners should expect cold reads and may be asked to perform a nursery rhyme. No experience is required and the cast will include adults and youth actors 11 and up. Performances are Sept. 18-20 and Sept. 25-27. If you’d like to become involved offstage, the theater often posts opportunities on its Facebook page.

KMC Onstage on Kleber Kaserne will have auditions on Aug. 3 and 4 from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. for ages 8 to 18 for “Beetlejuice Jr.,” a musical. Auditioners should prepare to sing 30 to 60 seconds of a song, do cold readings from the script and learn a short dance sequence. Performances are Oct. 16-18, Oct. 23-25, and Oct. 30-Nov. 1. The theater often shares offstage volunteer opportunities on its Facebook page.
