Kaiserslautern police are asking for witnesses after a break-in and an attempted break-in in the city center over the past two weeks.
A witness on Sunday reported an attempted break-in on Parkstrasse near the train station between 2 a.m. and 5 a.m. The suspects were unable to get past the door.
In a separate case, burglars broke into an apartment on Königstrasse near the hospital between June 28 and July 3, according to a police statement. The suspects searched the apartment but did not steal anything.
Anyone with information about either incident or who noticed suspicious activity is asked to contact the Criminal Investigation Division at 0631-369-13312.
