A culinary wine walk around Kaiserslautern’s Humberg Tower will take place April 18 and 19 as part of the city’s 750th anniversary celebrations.

Attendees can expect vendors selling regional wines and diverse culinary offerings along an almost 4-mile route, according to a city press release. Humberg Tower, known for its views of the city, is located south of Kaiserslautern in a forest area past the city’s soccer stadium at the Betzenberg.

There will be a musical program with DJ Brenner on Saturday. The duo Voice & Strings and acoustic band Dressinger Live will perform on Sunday. On Saturday, the hike starts at 11 a.m. and it kicks off at 10 a.m. on Sunday. The city recommends using the parking facilities at the Schulzentrum Süd and on Bremer Straße.
