Burgstrasse in central Kaiserslautern will be fully closed to traffic from April 7 to April 10 between Maxstrasse and Meuthstrasse, city officials said.

The intersections at Maxstrasse, Entenstrasse, Brüderstrasse and Meuthstrasse will also be closed, according to a city news release. Burgstrasse runs near the K in Lautern shopping mall and connects the city center to the Gartenschau and Lauterstrasse, one of Kaiserslautern’s main roads.

Regional bus stops will be relocated during the closure, and the stop at Mühlstrasse will be out of service.

Pedestrians will still be able to pass through the construction area.
