German authorities are asking for the public’s help identifying a man suspected of shooting another person in the leg around 10 a.m. on Jan. 1 in a semi-wooded area between Kaiserberg and Waschmühle in Kaiserslautern.
The victim was hospitalized, and investigators have since developed a composite sketch and description of the shooter.
The suspect is believed to be between 20 and 27 years old, with curly dark blonde or light brown hair, according to a police statement. He was wearing blue jeans and a hoodie with a yellow, blue and purple pattern and a yellow hood.
