PFC Crystal Gale Ramser was born in Atlanta, Georgia 1953, and passed away peacefully in Waco, Texas. PFC Ramser is survived by her brothers Clint Graham Ramser and Dean Albert Ramser, and her niece Cathy Hannabach, nephew David Hannabach, nephew Luke Ramser, and niece Madie Ramser. PFC Ramser joined the Army after completing a nursing degree. PFC Ramser moved to Waco, Texas in 1980.
