Arlington, Va., November 10, 2004: Sgt. Michael Cain, a transportation specialist with the 4th Infantry Division’s 299th Engineers in Tikrit, Iraq, said Wednesday that the DS3 program “has done a damn good job” of helping him since he lost a leg to an anti-tank mine on Aug. 10, 2003.
