From the archives: Student chef prepares dinner at the New Sanno Hotel in Tokyo, 2003

Tokyo, Japan, September 13, 2003: Putnam Yost, left, and James Vagasky work in the New Sanno Hotel kitchen preparing a six-course dinner for eight guests. The meal capped off Vagasky’s 400-hour internship at the hotel this summer. The Zama High School senior wants to be a professional chef.
