From the archives: ‘Ride for Freedom’ begins at the Pentagon, 2008

Pentagon, Va, May 25, 2008: Riders ride to the north parking lot at the Pentagon before the start of Rolling Thunder. The event is a “Ride for Freedom” roar across the Arlington Memorial Bridge and into the District of Columbia. The 21st edition of the annual motorcycle rally from the Pentagon to the National Mall attracted tens of thousands of riders hoping to raise awareness about prisoners of war and those missing in action.
