Pyongtaek, Korea, Dec. 1958: Spot checking a suspect is a combined task of PFC Henry Fortune, C Co., 728th MP Bn., and Korean National Police officer Son Syong Nam (center). Americans and Koreans work closely in their investigations. Stolen property is recovered by teamwork like this.

A small military police detachment here is doing a big job covering a giant area. Det. 1, C Co., 728th MP Bn., under CWO Bennie S. Niemczura, provost marshal, operates between Suwon and Chonan with the prime reasonability of guarding K-6.
