NARITA, Japan, April 2011: Army Spc. Tina Johnson, 37, got big hugs from her daughter, Leilani, 7, and son, Nehemiah, 10, when she welcomed them back to Narita Airport. Thousands of family members who left Japan following the March 11 earthquake, are returning now that the Defense Department has ended its voluntary departure program.
