From the archives: Time for Tots at Rhein-Main Air Base, 2004

Rhein-Main Air Base, Germany, Jan. 8, 2004: Children at the Time for Tots program at the base show off their spiders made from construction paper and paper plates. The Time for Tots program helped the Rhein-Main community win the best Family Support Center award for 2003, since it was co-located with the Our House, Chapel Annex, and Women, Infant and Children Overseas program on the Gateway Gardens housing area.
