YONGSAN, South Korea, April 2007: Command Sgt. Maj. Hershel Turner, U.S. Army Cadet Command, looks over a yearbook with Junior Reserve Officer Training Candidate cadet Jonathon Sullivan during Friday’s site visit to Seoul American High School on Yongsan Garrison, South Korea. The event was the first time leadership from USACC has visited Seoul’s JROTC students. Turner said his command’s goal with the JROTC students is not to encourage military service, but to foster confidence and leadership abilities and ensure the students are prepared for higher education.
