Andrews Air Force Base, Md., Dec. 5, 2007: Taylor Rice, 10, (center) shows First Lady Laura Bush the quilt she and other children are working on to give an Andrews Air Force Base youth center employee who just had a baby. Bush toured the Andrews AFB youth center and then led a panel discussion on the special needs of military children and their families as part of the president’s Helping America’s Youth program, which she leads.
