From the archives: Soldiers conduct live-fire exercises in northern Japan, 2003

Northern Japan, Feb. 20, 2003: Thanks to an emergency airlift of bullets, soldiers such as these 2nd Battalion, 1st Infantry Regiment, Charlie Company infantrymen reloading a machine gun were able to practice live-fire supression techniques at North Wind exercises under way in northern Japan.
