Kuwait City, Kuwait, Feb. 1991: Graffiti celebrating the U.S. victory against Iraq marks fencing around destroyed trucks and cars outside of Kuwait City on the road to Basra and Baghdad. The vehicles were destroyed in allied bombing raids against retreating Iraq army.
