Pearl Harbor, Hawaii, July 15, 2002: Tony Serkies, a base contractor, cleans one of the glass memorials to ships damaged during the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor near the naval station’s headquarters building on Monday. The memorials sit in a pool of blue water with a fountain at its center.
