A former NATO procurement official is accused of giving falsified reviews and confidential information to help a man who owns several companies that received U.S. and NATO military contracts.

Two new solar arrays and battery energy storage systems were activated this month at Naval Air Station Sigonella on the Italian island of Sicily, the base said in a statement.

U.S. forces seized an Iran-linked oil tanker in the north Atlantic Ocean after chasing the vessel for more than two weeks, U.S. military officials said. A second oil tanker under U.S. sanctions was also seized.

Jacinth Bailey and Morgan Chambers were to receive $45,000 and $35,000, respectively, as part of the scheme to recruit American citizens, preferably U.S. service members.
