Ratings are based on teams' win-loss records, quality of wins, strength of roster, schedule and leagues, point differential and team and individual statistics. Maximum rating is 500 points:

Kadena at Kinnick, 4 p.m. – Rematch of a game four weeks earlier that saw 13 touchdowns and five lead changes in a span of five possessions. Expect more of the same fireworks. … Red Devils 21, Panthers 20.

Division II championship

Perry at Humphreys, 3 p.m. – Another rematch of teams who’ve seen each other during the regular season, as well as last year’s D-II final. Just a question of which team executes best, the Samurai’s self-styled “Pain Train” vs. the Blackhawks’ balanced attack. … Samurai 16, Blackhawks 15.

Bamboo Bowl

George Washington vs. Father Duenas at Mangilao, 3 p.m. – Fourth straight year these teams have met for the IFL title. Friars riding a 29-game winning streak. Continuation of Friar dominance or the biggest upset in league history? … Friars 25, Geckos 18.
