South Vietnam, April, 1969: Privacy sometimes wasn't an option for soldiers at Patrol Base Diamond II, about 35 miles from Saigon near the Cambodian border. The base, manned by the 25th Infantry Division, withstood several Communist attacks in the early part of April.
