Camp Hansen, Okinawa, August, 2002: Marines assume crash positions and prepare to hold their breath as the Modular Amphibious Egress trainer, commonly called a helo-dunker, begins to roll upside-down and under water during its debut at Camp Hansen. The trainer brought survival training that was once only available to air crews to the Marines as well.
