Yokosuka Naval Base, Japan, July, 2001: A Japanese child enjoys a cooling face-to-face encounter with a field sprinkler on Yokosuka's Berkey Field. He was one of the hundreds of local citizens who came to the base for Yuko Day, when the facility is open to the public.
