Iraq, November, 2007: A maintenance airman turns one of the propellers on a C-130 Hercules transport aircraft at Balad Air Base after a night mission. The C-130s were workhorses in Iraq, but heavy use, age and harsh desert conditions made it a challenge to keep them flying.
