Terry Boyd ©Stars and StripesCamp McGovern, Bosnia and Herzegovina, February, 2002: Actor Arnold Schwarzenegger draws down an M4 carbine equipped with night-vision scope and grenade launcher during a tour of bases in Bosnia. At FOB Connor, Schwarzenegger said he would tell the political elite that they need to give the military the budget it needs. "I play an action hero," he said. "You are the action heroes."
