Winter was getting old. True, the weather in Germany has been unseasonably mild, but certainly not balmy. And then there’s the rain.

While riding the Mozart Radweg, a 250-mile bicycle route in southern Germany and Austria, my husband and I made a quick stop at the German spa town of Bad Reichenhall.

I know my way around Frankfurt pretty well. Still, I thought it would be fun to take a bus tour of Germany’s financial capital and fifth-largest city to see what I had missed over the years.
