KADENA AIR BASE, Okinawa — Not once had Kadena trailed the entire season. Not once had the Dragons surrendered more than six points in a game.

The Dragons survived both, rallying from a 6-0 deficit by scoring 26 unanswered points behind two Gary Brown touchdown passes, then staving off a late rally to hold off Kinser 26-18 in Saturday’s U.S. Forces Japan-American Football League semifinal.

Kadena hosts Foster in Saturday’s Torii Bowl title game at 5 p.m. The Bulldogs staged a rally of their own, coming back from a 14-0 deficit to edge Hansen 20-14 on Paul Shaver’s 21-yard scoring pass to Casey Vice.

DeQuan Clark caught a 4-yard touchdown toss from Dallas Sargeant as Kinser went up 6-0 late in the first quarter – the only time the Dragons fell behind in six games this season.
