VolleyballBrianna Baker, Vicenza: The versatile Baker did a little bit of everything in helping the Cougars pull two victories out of nine grueling sets last weekend at Rome. She produced a combined 16 kills, 15 aces and nine digs as Vicenza outlasted Sigonella in four sets and American Overseas School of Rome in a five-set marathon.Purdita Irving, Baumholder: Irving’s three aces and three kills led the Bucs to a stirring comeback win over Brussels on Saturday. Baumholder dropped the first two sets before recovering for a 19-25, 14-25, 25-18, 25-11, 15-12 victory.

Cross countryRyan Parker, Wiesbaden: The Warrior runner and European championship hopeful turned in his best time of the season Saturday at Ramstein, finishing in 16:58 for an individual win and leading Wiesbaden to a team victory.

TennisJade Sullivan, Wiesbaden: The reigning DODDS-Europe girls champion has stepped up her game even further in her junior season. She hasn’t lost a singles or doubles set all season.Arianna Lemieux, Lakenheath: The Lancers’ ace fueled the school’s 6-0 sweep of Alconbury on Saturday with comfortable wins in both singles and doubles action.
