Frankfurt, Germany, May 3, 1967: When this photographer from the Texas Air National Guard said "smile," the chances are his subjects readily complied. Airman 2nd Class Bob Lilly, the All-NFL defensive tackle for the Dallas Cowboys, was on a two-week tour of duty at Rhein-Main Air Base. Lilly, who had a streak of 196 consecutive games played for the Cowboys, was elected to the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 1980.
