Tay Ninh, South Vietnam, October, 1968: Col. Robert L. Fair, left, commander of the 1st Brigade, 25th Infantry Division, and Pfc. Frank DeAngelis, 588th Engineer Battalion, put the finishing touches on a "Holiday Inn" sign at the entrance to the 1st Brigade's new rest facility, where troops returning from the field were to be treated to such long-awaited amenities as a swimming pool, ceiling fans and a steak barbecue.
