Yokota to re-open Supply Gate, move Pass and Registration office

YOKOTA AIR BASE, Japan —The newly designed west-side Supply Gate at Yokota is scheduled to open Monday morning and will house services for long-term visitor passes and vehicle registrations currently offered in Building 316, according to base officials.

The Pass and Registration office is now closed for the move until 7:30 a.m. Monday, at which time it will be relocated in the first floor of Building 993 at the new gate. The following services are unavailable until reopening: long-term visitor passes, restricted area badges, base access passes, driver’s license form USFJ-4EJ, and registration of vehicles and bicycles. Short-term, 24-hour passes continue to be available at Fussa Gate and will remain so with the opening of the new gate.

The temporary commercial gate on the west side will close at 6 p.m. Friday and reopen at the new gate at 6 a.m. Monday.
