Two servicemembers with the International Security Assistance Force were killed in an attack Monday in eastern Afghanistan.

ISAF gave no other details in a brief release, which did not identify the nationalities of those killed. It is ISAF policy to defer casualty identification to national authorities.

On Saturday, five British servicemembers were killed in a helicopter crash near Kandahar in southern Afghanistan.
