About 150 England-based U.S. airmen were greeted by loved ones Saturday at RAF Lakenheath as they returned home following a tour in Afghanistan. Many of the airman had served four months at Bagram Air Base. Some of the returning airmen, such as Staff Sgt. Staff Sgt. Jared Rogers, who is with the 48th Munitions Squadron, were greeted by kisses from their wives.

Other airmen, such as Staff Sgt. John Rouintree, with the 48th Equipment Maintenance Squadron, were greeted with hugs from awaiting children.
