For two hours, most of the school was overrun with students and family members engaged in everything from Double Dutch jumping rope to making their own sushi to spinal screenings. Nearly 60 activities and informational sessions were part of the event, which received help from local military units and organizations and a handful of off-base businesses, including Brianne Grogan's FemFusion Fitness.
