FARNBOROUGH, England — Five days of aviation exhibits at the Farnborough Airshow came to an end this weekend with a series of flight demonstrations.

The show’s schedule on Sunday featured more than 20 aerial displays with performances from the British Royal Air Force’s Red Arrows and a demonstration of some of the capabilities of a U.S. F/A-18 Super Hornet.

The F-35 Joint Strike Fighter was scheduled to make an appearance during the show, but an engine fire grounded the fleet.
