Country musician to give 25 homes to members of military

Country music superstar Tim McGraw is giving away 25 mortgage-free houses to wounded or needy servicemembers, The Associated Press reported.

McGraw, who has several family members who are veterans, kicks off the campaign with a Memorial Day concert for military members at New York City's Beacon Theatre and has stated the he will give away a home on each of the stops of his summer tour, titled "Brothers of the Sun," AP reported.

Fans can watch a live stream of McGraws' New York show either via YouTube, or from military bases around the world via The Pentagon Channel website, AP reported.

Additionally, McGraw said he wants to share good times with those he'll be giving houses to this summer, The AP reported on 25 homes being donated to military members.
