Medical teams get emergency prep during Ulchi Freedom exercise

CAMP HUMPHREYS, South Korea — Soldiers of the 121st Combat Support Hospital performed emergency medical attention to simulated casualties during the Ulchi Freedom Guardian exercise at Camp Humphreys on Friday.

The causalities wore moulage to simulated wounds received during a mock helicopter collision.

The troops of the 121st CSH are part of the 30,000 U.S. troops participating during the exercise, which ends on Aug. 29.
