Things learned, observed in Osan American Cougars football camp

This is the third in our series of team capsules previewing Pacific high school football teams playing non-varsity schedules, featuring Osan American and a very youngish team with many players having never suited up before. Head coach — Duke Allen, third season, 3-12 record overall. Was on staff in 2005 when Cougars won their first Division II title.
Returning players — 7.

Key returners — Xavier Hallmon, Sr., WR-DB; T.J. Busano, Jr, RB-LB; Sean Copia, Jr., RB-DB; Peter Shang, Jr., OL-LB; Alex Strunk, Jr., OL-DL; Nick Strunk, So., RB-DB; Sam Kim, Jr., RB-DB.
Key newcomers — William Dawson, So., RB-DB; Jamie Brow-Dawson, Jr., RB-LB; Ryan Brazill, Sr., OL-DL (from Washington); Chase Kingsbury, Fr., QB-DB; Andrew Rawlins, Sr., LB (from cross country).
Strengths — Good work ethic, attitude.
Drawbacks — Youth, inexperience.
Overview — Rebuilding. Many have never played football before. Second straight year the entire offensive line is new, even the substitutes. Only one offensive lineman has played before.
