Praise for Kubasaki’s Mitchell at Myrtle Beach football camp

Kubasaki Dragons star running back Jarrett Mitchell didn’t waste time impressing the scouts at last week’s National Underclassmen football camp at Myrtle Beach, S.C. Here’s what the scouting report said about him:

This football player just looks great in his pads. Mitchell has excellent overall body structure and a frame that will allow him to eventually play at 195 pounds. He runs with excellent forward body lean and has the balance to bounce off would-be tacklers while gaining positive yardage. This past season, he ran for 1,400 yards and 10 touchdowns on just 139 carries while also catching 10 passes for 200 yards and three scores. He may have the most talent of any back in the junior or senior group. Right now, he’s attracting early interest from Cincinnati, Rutgers and South Florida.
