Kadena wins its second title in the 4-year-old New Year Classic high school basketball tournament, leading by as many as 13 points before holding off a late Nile C. Kinnick charge for a 71-67 triumph Sunday at Yokosuka Naval Base's George I. Purdy Fitness & Sports Center. Shooting 13-for-18 at the foul line in the fourth quarter and 19-for-24 for the game made a big difference.
