Chittagong, East Pakistan, 1960: As residents of Chittagong wait in line for inoculations against cholera, a snake charmer keeps them entertained. In the wake of floods that killed 10,000 people, 30 medics representing the International Cooperation Administration were vaccinating thousands of people every day.
