Heidelberg JV team lauded

While they receive no mention in the high school sports summaries, I think it is important and deserved to recognize the Heidelberg junior varsity football team on its tremendous achievement this season.

The JV Lions finished their season Oct. 24 with a 5-0 record, allowing only three touchdowns all season.

Kudos to the volunteer coaching staff for their hard work with this group of young men (I’m the father of one of the players). Congratulations on a great season.
