FRANKFURT — Judy Garland arrived here Wednesday afternoon to attend a Kennedy-for-President rally Wednesday night at Wiesbaden's Kurhaus.

"Let's get out the vote," she said on arrival at nearby Frankfurt airport. She was carrying a miniature Democratic donkey and was accompanied by her husband, Sid Luft.

"Of course, the main reason I came here is to get votes for 'my man'," she said.

The singer said she left Southern California to take up residence in London with Luft and their four children because the pace was too slow for her there. She says London is an ideal location for commuting to the Continent for her singing engagements. She has just completed an appearance in Paris.
