KADENA AIR BASE, Okinawa — The Air Force has joined the Marines in placing the ruins of a hotel complex in Nakagusuku off limits.
Following an order in effect for Marines and sailors on Okinawa since July 1, 18th Wing Commander Brig. Gen. Ken Wilsbach signed an order Thursday placing the Takahara hotel off limits to all permanently assigned or attached military, civilian, and Air Force contracting personnel and dependents, due to safety reasons.
