Army-Navy is one of the biggest rivalries in any sport.

It was first played in 1890 and has been played 107 times altogether.

This special feature will cover the game from a myriad of angles. Football is just one part of what makes this rivalry what is. The academies, alumni, servicemembers, relatives and many more people take great pride in this game.

Each day leading up to the game, we'll add more content to the site -- written, audio, photos and more. We'll have content up immediately following the game and additional content on Sunday and Monday as well.

We'll be covering the game from all angles, and we encourage your participation. Please e-mail us your favorite Army-Navy moments and what the game means to you. We'd also like to see your photos from the games over the years. We'll then take this content and place it on our special feature.

My first class year at Navy, our only win of the season was against Army (1991). That was sweet. Now, fifteen years later, I'm in Kuwait working for ... the Army.

The rivalry is strong here. I wore a Beat Army shirt during a 5K and got a lot of strange looks from soldiers.

But just like the week prior to the game in Annapolis, we're pulling pranks on the "woops." After the game, regardless of who wins, I'll go back to work side-by-side with my Army counterparts. That's what is great about the rivalry - it is based on so much respect for our brothers and sisters in arms.

I am a retired Navy Senior Chief. I work with a retired Army E8. For the past 3 years Mac and I have had a standing bet. The loser must sing the other services song in front of our co-workers before we send them on the floor.

We also have a $5 bet just for fun. This year I had a replica of a $5 bill engraved on a plaque with the scores from each of the 3 previous years Mac and I have bet. I will bring it to work on Sunday and wave it under his nose as he sings Anchors Away.

Who ever wins we are still brothers and I respect them and what they do.
